

Wholesale Services
ORDERS
- Minimum of two cases
- Cases can be two different products or the same product
- Cases cannot be split (two or more different products in the same case)
- If products must be made to order, a 4-6 week notice is required for the copackerÂ
- Special handling requirements must be clearly ststed on the order form
SHIPPING
- Shipping will show as a separate entry on the invoice
- Shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer
- If products are to be transported to a port, arrangements will be made by Calizo at the full expense to the buyer
- Calizo is happy to use the buyer’s preferred shipper
PAYMENT
- All products are shipped FOB
- All products are paid for in full before packing and/or shipping
REFUND / RETURN POLICY
- Only basis for refund is if the products arrive broken or tampered
- Products are not returned to Calizo
- Photos of the package condition must be sent to Calizo upon delivery arrival. Photos include inside and outside of the box as well as corners, top and bottom of the box.
Evidence of the packing must be photographed
