Rice Florentine
Ingredients
• 4 cups of precooked rice
• 1 package, chopped spinach,cookedand drained
• 1 clove sauteed garlic
• 1 small jar, sun dried tomatoes in oil, drain & chop
Preparation:​​​​ ​​​​
- Use one-minute pre-cooked rice or cook rice from scratch.–Sautegarlic, sun dried tomatoes, cooked frozen spinach, and Calizo’s Puttanesca Naturale in Calizo’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add rice, toss together, and keep warm.
- Add chopped basil to top with lightly grated Romano cheese.
