Citrus Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 -pound cooked medium size shrimp, shelled, and deveined
- 1 Cup Calizo Italianaise
- 1 Cup total diced onion, celery, and fennel 1
- /2 Cup Mandarina oranges, drained
- 1/4 Cup chopped pineapple tidbits, in own juice, drained
- Calizo Taste of Tuscany to taste

Steam (or sauté) shrimp, make large chops
• Place cooked chopped shrimp in a large bowl
Add the Calizo Italianaise, then all other ingredients, except ciabatta rolls . Mix thoroughly, chill for two hours
• Grill or toast butter ciabatta rolls
Fill rolls with shrimp mixture
• Serve side green salad mixed with Calizo Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon
