Mushroom Salad


-Wipe mushrooms, then slice to your preferred thickness

-In a bowl – add Calizo Artichokes with Orange, mushrooms, chickpeas, and the optional chopped onion

-Sprinkle bowl mixture with Calizo’s Taste of Tuscanyand salt and pepper, if desired

-Mix the salad dressing and pour over bowl contents.

-Toss gently

-Place a hearty serving on Arugula Greens

-Drizzle a squeezed fresh lemon over the salad

-Serve with warm Italian bread with butter or Calizo Olive Oil with lemon
